The local church at its best is one of relational intimacy and organizational integrity. As part of holding this tension in healthy ways, every couple of years our leadership team spends prayerful, intentional and considerable time in strategic planning to both notice and discern who we have become as a church and how God is inviting us forward. This helps us best understand who we seem uniquely positioned to reach in our city, how we can best create spaces of transformation within the life of our church, what resources God has given us to steward, etc. 

Though not everything will be followed up on or implemented, these surveys are extremely helpful and will work through our layers of leadership to help narrow in on the direction God is calling us to these next couple of years.
